Data Enablement Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Data Enablement Engineer to accelerate adoption of our strategic data platform built on Azure, Databricks, dbt, Git, and CI/CD. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams during their first implementations, turning technical challenges into reusable assets and best‑practice guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Guide teams through onboarding and initial implementations on Databricks and modern data‑engineering tools.
• Provide hands‑on support, knowledge sharing, and troubleshooting for Azure, Databricks, dbt, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain reusable templates, training material, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify recurring challenges and translate them into improved documentation or platform practices.
• Drive platform adoption to enable faster delivery of business value.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience with Azure, Databricks, dbt, Git, and CI/CD.
• Ability to understand both technical issues and underlying business goals.
• Excellent communication and coaching skills in an English‑speaking environment.
• Passion for improving developer experience and fostering productivity.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, agile setting.
