2nd Level End User Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for a 2nd Level End User Support Technician to provide day‑to‑day local and remote desktop assistance for enterprise and consumer clients. The role combines inbound call handling, on‑site hardware work and remote troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of PCs, printers, servers and data‑center equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver local and remote desktop support, answering inbound calls and resolving user queries.
• Troubleshoot and document hardware, software and application issues in a ticketing system.
• Install, upgrade, repair and maintain PCs, printers, servers and related data‑center equipment.
• Provide on‑site support for HP server environments and networking components.
• Collaborate with customers to build strong relationships and ensure high‑quality service.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months of IT experience or equivalent.
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage time effectively.
• Experience with operating system, application and hardware installation and troubleshooting.
• Customer‑focused attitude with strong communication skills.
