Technical Solutions Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant to help Pasts implement and improve e‑commerce solutions. You will analyse business needs, design system integrations and work closely with the development team to deliver effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Consult colleagues on e‑commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.), plugin configuration and usage.
• Analyse client needs and business processes, preparing requirements for new functionalities and integrations.
• Design and coordinate API integration solutions, create technical documentation and support data‑exchange implementation.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure high‑quality handover of business requirements and successful solution deployment.
• Test new solutions, identify issues and guarantee smooth rollout in client environments.
• Gather client feedback and propose improvements to products, plugins and processes.

Required profile

• Higher education in IT, information systems, computer science or a related field.
• Experience as a business or systems analyst, technical consultant or similar role.
• Understanding of API integrations, REST services and data‑exchange principles.
• Analytical thinking with the ability to structure business requirements and produce documentation.
• Strong communication skills in Latvian and English, capable of effective collaboration with clients and development teams.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and focused on delivering quality results.
