Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

The Customer Service Coordinator will act as the primary liaison between sales managers, customers, and internal teams. You will ensure smooth order processing, delivery coordination, and project initiation while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Cooperate daily with Sales Managers and customers to align expectations.
• Coordinate orders, deliveries, and launch of new projects.
• Monitor and control warehouse inventory levels.
• Administer customer contracts and ensure accurate documentation.
• Handle customer complaints, claims, and requests, driving timely resolutions.
• Enter and maintain data in the company’s information systems.

Required profile

• Higher education qualification.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written; Russian language knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.
• High level of accuracy, responsibility, and a customer‑service orientation.
