Crew Controller – Operations

About the role

Join the Operations Control Center of Norse Atlantic Airways as a Crew Controller. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient crewing of flights, working in a 24/7 environment and collaborating with multiple internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Execute short‑term crew planning for daily operations while respecting regulations and crew qualifications.
• Monitor duty and rest times to ensure compliance with legal limits.
• Manage crew replacements and adjust rosters due to disruptions, sickness or other absences.
• Coordinate with Crew Planning on long‑term changes or disruptions.
• Work closely with OCC Control, Ground Control, Flight Operations, Ground Operations and HR.
• Arrange crew logistics such as transfers, hotel accommodations and related proceedings.
• Track and adjust training and check‑flight schedules for crew members.
• Prepare internal and external reports as required.

Required profile

• Legal right to live and work in Latvia.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Resilience and ability to manage stress in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic computer tools, e.g., MS Office.
