BIM Technician

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Technician to join our Studio Design Team in Riga. The role involves creating and managing BIM models for architectural and interior design projects, supporting all phases from concept through to final documentation for both local and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Guide design stages from concept development to final documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed BIM models, families, and specifications.
• Prepare accurate data for printing, production, and project documentation.
• Assist in sourcing materials and products required for design projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and meet deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and site visits.
• Facilitate effective use of Revit and cloud‑based collaboration systems such as BIM 360.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, including cloud‑based workflows.
• Strong ability to create and manage BIM content, families, templates, and libraries.
• Experience working with 2D and 3D models.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multicultural teams.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
