AI Solutions Business Development Lead — Hands-on AI Prototyper

About the role

We are seeking a passionate AI enthusiast who can blend business development, solution design, storytelling, and rapid prototyping. In this role you will identify AI‑driven opportunities, lead client conversations, and turn abstract business problems into concrete, demonstrable concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify business problems where AI, automation and modern software can create meaningful value.
• Lead customer conversations from discovery through solution design, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Generate AI solution concepts during client meetings and workshops.
• Explain complex AI possibilities through compelling stories, examples and demos.
• Create rapid prototypes and proof‑of‑concept solutions, independently or with technical specialists.
• Translate emerging AI capabilities into practical opportunities for insurance, finance, manufacturing and other industries.
• Build a pipeline of AI pilots, implementation projects and long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Deep personal interest in AI, with a habit of experimenting, building and testing new models.
• Proven experience creating AI prototypes, applications, agents or automations.
• Ability to turn vague business problems into structured solution concepts and tangible demos.
• Strong understanding of the possibilities and limits of modern AI technologies.
