AI-first CRM Specialist (Riga)

About the role

We are looking for an AI‑first CRM Specialist to lead the integration of generative AI into our lifecycle marketing. Based in Riga, you will produce newsletters hands‑on while building AI‑driven segmentation, content generation, and personalization workflows that scale across our 20+ online shops.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end newsletters from day one, handling design, copy, and deployment.
• Use generative AI to draft and adapt campaign copy across multiple shops, languages, and audience segments.
• Apply AI and predictive models to sharpen segmentation – identifying churn risk, next‑best‑offer, and lifetime‑value opportunities.
• Build dynamic, AI‑assisted personalization into lifecycle email flows.
• Automate repetitive CRM tasks by creating reusable AI‑powered workflows.
• Document prompts, guardrails, and best practices to ensure safe, team‑wide AI adoption.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or email marketing.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping AI‑enabled marketing solutions (content generation, segmentation, or automation).
• Comfortable working with a CRM/ESP platform such as Emarsys, Iterable, Braze, or CleverTap.
• Strong critical judgment of AI output – knowing when it meets quality standards.
• Professional working‑level English for a globally distributed team.
