Ecommerce Manager

About the role

We’re looking for an ambitious eCommerce Manager to grow our online business, strengthen customer partnerships, and drive impactful commercial and marketing initiatives across eCommerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage key eCommerce channels, including FSA, B&C, eWHS, qCommerce, and specialist retail.
• Build strong partnerships with direct clients and lead negotiations, contracts, forecasting, and Joint Business Planning (JBP).
• Create and execute annual customer marketing and activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
• Monitor business performance, market trends, and competitor activity, taking action to drive growth.
• Lead D4T campaigns and measure results.
• Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and Group stakeholders to deliver business targets.
• Manage the eCommerce marketing budget, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Drive eRed eRetail excellence, identify opportunities, and share best practices across the organization.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in eCommerce commercial roles.
• KAM experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Fluency in at least one Baltic language: Lithuanian, Latvian, or Estonian.
