Email & SMS Marketing Manager

About the role

Dreampass, the travel subscription product of Trevolution, is looking for a Marketing Manager to own Email, SMS and Mobile Push communications. You will drive activation, engagement and retention for both paying subscribers and freemium users.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end execution of Email, SMS and In‑App/Push campaigns, from concept to dispatch.
• Design and automate lifecycle sequences that boost onboarding, DreamCoin redemption, app installs, eSIM activation and lounge‑pass usage.
• Leverage AI generation tools to create copy, responsive HTML templates and campaign assets without waiting on design teams.
• Track deliverability, conversions and opt‑outs, run rigorous A/B tests and report on business impact.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience managing Email, SMS and Push campaigns for consumer products.
• Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Claude) and prompt engineering for rapid content creation.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret engagement data and run clean A/B tests independently.
• High‑velocity execution mindset with ownership of audience frequency and segmentation.
