Business Development Lead

About the role

A European AI and video intelligence company is seeking a Business Development Lead to grow its commercial presence across the Baltics. The role focuses on connecting security‑sector relationships with video intelligence solutions to generate qualified opportunities and lasting partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
• Build relationships with defence, law enforcement, public‑sector, critical‑infrastructure and security stakeholders.
• Identify and engage the right organisations, buyers, procurement contacts and local partners.
• Generate qualified opportunities and maintain a strong regional pipeline.
• Present video intelligence and surveillance solutions to decision‑makers.
• Support pilot projects, commercial discussions and partnership development.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and technical teams to advance opportunities.
• Provide market feedback on customer needs, competitors and procurement dynamics.

Required profile

• Proven business development or commercial experience in video surveillance, security technology, video analytics or related fields.
• Strong local market knowledge and existing relationships across the Baltics.
• Ability to reach decision‑makers quickly, ideally within one or two calls.
• Experience selling to or working with defence, police, border security, public sector or critical infrastructure.
• Understanding of local procurement and commercial decision‑making processes.
• Fluent English and at least one Baltic language.
