About the role

As a Visual Merchandiser at our Rīga Plaza store, you will play a key part in creating an inspiring and consistent customer experience by maintaining high visual and commercial standards. Your work will directly support store sales and brand representation.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain visual, commercial and stylistic standards according to store guidelines and schedule.
• Analyze sales results, monitor stock levels and ensure proper garment care.
• Identify and prioritize visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with store management.
• Use trend and competitor insights to train and develop the store team.
• Represent the brand positively when interacting with customers.
• Support the sales floor and participate in store expansion projects.

Required profile

• Strong visual merchandising perception and experience in a commercial, fast‑paced environment.
• Solution‑oriented mindset with ability to manage and analyse sales reports.
• Passion for fashion and commitment to delivering an excellent shopping experience.
