Senior Android Engineer

About the role

Mintos is building a simple, transparent investing platform for millions of Europeans. As a Senior Android Engineer you will shape the mobile experience across multiple products, delivering high‑quality, scalable Android applications that help users manage their investments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and enhance Android app functionality and user experience for several Mintos products.
• Contribute to shared UI components and libraries to accelerate feature delivery.
• Write clean, well‑tested Kotlin code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with other Android engineers to define the future technical direction of the app.
• Improve performance, reliability, and overall code quality.
• Support higher‑level initiatives such as CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and pull‑request guidelines.

Required profile

• 2+ years of native Android development (mid level) or 5+ years for senior level.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
