IT Coordinator – Luxury Hotel (EU work eligible)

About the role

We are looking for a tech‑savvy professional to lead IT operations in a world‑class luxury environment. The IT Coordinator will ensure seamless technology solutions for guests and colleagues at Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga.

Key responsibilities

• Support hotel technology operations, overseeing daily maintenance, infrastructure uptime and service execution.
• Deliver technical excellence with a luxury mindset, proactive problem‑solving and the ability to work in a multinational environment.
• Guide and mentor staff, supporting the IT manager and fostering a collaborative learning environment.
• Maintain security and reliability by ensuring robust system maintenance, cyber‑security compliance and efficient, secure technology solutions.

Required profile

• A degree or industry‑recognized certification in IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure, support or administration, preferably in hospitality or a fast‑paced setting.
• Commitment to IT security and data‑privacy compliance (e.g., GDPR, PCI‑DSS).
• Self‑starting attitude, high sense of ownership and an open, detail‑oriented personality.
• Good knowledge of English; Latvian and Russian are a plus.
• EU work eligibility (EU passport or valid Latvian work visa).
