Middle Information Security Access Specialist

About the role

This role is responsible for scaling, securing, and automating the user access management infrastructure at GR8_TECH. You will protect the core IT ecosystem by managing the full employee access lifecycle, establishing standardized access profiles, and applying zero-trust principles at high velocity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and optimise end-to-end employee lifecycle access workflows (onboarding, dismissal, role changes) ensuring seamless provisioning and timely revocation.
• Design, validate and maintain role models, access profiles and permission sets across corporate systems, driving automation and reducing manual effort.
• Partner with Talent, IT and engineering teams to onboard new corporate systems into a centralised Access Flow platform and align profiles with organisational changes.
• Leverage AI agents and LLM-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate ticket triage and improve documentation workflows.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Information Security, IAM or IT Operations with a focus on access management.
• Proven track record managing onboarding, off‑boarding and role‑change workflows, including automated provisioning and revocation.
• Strong analytical skills to audit and resolve complex permission structures across diverse systems.
• Fluency in Ukrainian or Russian and intermediate or higher English proficiency.

Required skills

• Enterprise identity and access tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, SSO and federation protocols.
• AI automation tools and agents (prompt engineering, AI copilots, LLM workflows).
• Core access control concepts: RBAC, ABAC, Principle of Least Privilege, Zero Trust.
• Cloud identity governance concepts within AWS, Azure or GCP.
