F&B Coordinator – Retail & Food & Beverage at Riga Airport

About the role

Join Avolta, the global leader in travel retail and food & beverage, as they launch operations at Riga Airport. The F&B Coordinator will coordinate purchasing, inventory replenishment, supplier management and operational support for the new Food & Beverage outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage purchasing and replenishment of food, beverage and operational supplies.
• Create and track purchase orders and deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers on pricing, availability and lead times.
• Monitor inventory levels to minimise shortages and waste.
• Maintain supplier and purchasing records.
• Support outlet operations with product planning and stock allocation.
• Verify invoices and work with Finance for payment processing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and company procurement standards.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or F&B operations.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and organisational abilities.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP or inventory management systems.
