F&B Maintenance Coordinator – Riga Airport

About the role

We are looking for an F&B Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance and repair activities for food and beverage facilities at Riga Airport. The role ensures operational continuity, food safety compliance and effective vendor management as we launch Avolta’s new operation in Latvia.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for all F&B equipment, kitchens, cafes, restaurants and storage areas.
• Monitor maintenance requests, schedule work and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage external contractors and service providers, overseeing service quality and compliance.
• Support food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards across all facilities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date maintenance schedules, service records and conduct regular facility inspections.
• Track maintenance budgets, expenditures and contribute to asset management and equipment lifecycle planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in maintenance or facilities coordination, preferably in commercial kitchen environments.
• Strong organisational abilities and vendor management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
