F&B Manager – Central Kitchen & Warehouse (Riga Airport)

About the role

Join Avolta, a global leader in travel retail and food & beverage, as they launch operations at Riga Airport. The F&B Manager will lead central kitchen production, warehouse operations and ensure food safety, inventory control and timely distribution to outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage central kitchen and warehouse operations.
• Oversee production planning, food preparation, and distribution schedules.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, HACCP, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and waste control.
• Coordinate procurement and supplier relationships.
• Manage warehouse receiving, storage, and dispatch activities.
• Control departmental budgets and operational costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop kitchen and warehouse teams.
• Implement operational improvements and performance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5+ years experience in food production, central kitchen, warehouse or F&B operations management.
• Strong leadership and operational management skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and inventory control principles.
• Proficiency in ERP and inventory management systems.
• Fluent English.
