C++ Software Engineer - UI/UX

About the role

The Ubiquiti Riga office is looking for a talented and self‑driven C++ developer to join a rapidly growing team focused on next‑generation user‑interface development for upcoming consumer and enterprise products. You are expected to bring experience, enthusiasm and creativity to solve problems and deliver high‑quality software.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain UI/UX‑targeted applications on embedded systems with a display.
• Analyze and solve technical problems.
• Actively participate in UI/UX decisions during new product development.
• Collaborate with global firmware, hardware engineers and designers to create cutting‑edge networking products.
• Continuously learn new technologies and tools.

Required profile

• 3+ years of development experience with modern C++.
• Proficiency with Linux command‑line interface.
• Experience using Make and CMake build systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude or Codex.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
