AI Video Editor / Motion Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative AI Video Editor and Motion Designer to produce short‑form video ads that capture attention and drive conversions. You will work remotely, collaborating with a team of creative strategists, designers, and marketers to bring healthcare app stories to audiences across the US and Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Edit 15‑45 second motion ads that trigger emotion and boost click‑through rates.
• Create and optimise video ads using proven hook‑retention‑CTA structures.
• Generate most of the content with AI video and image tools, integrating strong storytelling and performance insights.
• Produce high‑volume variations for rapid creative testing and iterate based on performance data.
• Ensure all assets meet platform‑specific specs for Meta and other ad networks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of professional video editing experience.
• Hands‑on daily use of AI generation tools, with AI video creation at the core of your workflow.
• Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and emotional storytelling in short‑form formats.
• Ability to work independently, communicate transparently, and handle fast feedback loops.
• Portfolio showcasing short‑form, performance‑driven video work, preferably AI‑assisted.

Required skills

• DaVinci Resolve
• AI video generation tools (e.g., Magnific, Higgsfield, Claude)
• Meta ad platform specifications (duration, aspect ratios, captions, compression)
• Motion graphics, layout, typography, colour handling
• Sound editing and audio selection
• Prompt writing for generative image and video tools
