About the role

Tele2 is looking for an experienced Tele‑sales Team Leader to manage a B2C sales channel. You will drive performance, ensure quality standards, and develop a high‑energy team in a dynamic telecom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve tele‑sales targets and maintain quality standards across the channel.
• Coordinate the end‑to‑end sales process and outgoing call flow.
• Train new and existing staff on products, services and sales techniques.
• Generate and implement ideas to improve process efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet sales goals and uphold standards.
• Utilise AI tools to optimise daily workflows.
• Maintain high motivation and engagement within the team.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of tele‑marketing experience (preferred).
• Proven experience leading teams of 20 + people.
• Strong understanding of telecom products and services.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with excellent Excel proficiency.
• Ability to apply AI tools in everyday tasks.
• Energetic, initiative‑driven and results‑oriented personality.
