About the role

Join Nutrameg’s Retention Team as an Online Support Agent, providing fast‑paced, high‑volume assistance across email, live chat and social media. You will be a key voice of the brand, helping customers get the most value from our products while building trust and solving problems.

Key responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of customer conversations via email, live chat, and social media, delivering timely and professional support.
• Retain customers by understanding their needs, resolving concerns, and identifying optimal solutions.
• Meet individual and team performance targets while maintaining high standards of customer experience.
• Follow company policies, processes, and quality standards to ensure consistent support.
• Collaborate with teammates to improve processes and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn.

Required skills

• Strong computer skills and quick learning of new tools and systems.
