About the role
Join a global technology and services leader providing support for well‑known travel brands. This Customer Support Agent role offers the flexibility to work from home or a city‑center office in Latvia.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email.
- Provide accurate information on bookings, rebookings and cancellations for air, rail, hotel and other travel services.
- Find tailored solutions to ensure smooth and enjoyable journeys for customers.
Required profile
- Fluency in Danish.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Flexible, dynamic and customer‑focused attitude.
