About the role

As a Technical Support Specialist you will join Tet’s tele‑marketing sales team, providing first‑line assistance to customers in Liepāja and the surrounding area. You will help clients use Tet services smoothly, resolve technical issues, and suggest suitable solutions that drive sales.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical problems related to Tet’s products and services.
• Identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions, including upselling where relevant.
• Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to a pre‑planned schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
• Continuously develop sales skills and earn commission on successfully sold services.

Required profile

• Interest and basic knowledge in IT.
• Experience in customer service with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to quickly understand and resolve technical issues.
• Motivation to learn continuously and work independently.
• Excellent Latvian language skills.
