Store Manager – Grocery Operations

About the role

Wolt is looking for a Store Manager to lead its grocery store operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day activities, maintaining product freshness, and driving a high‑performing team in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, stock management and freshness control.
• Hire, train, coach and conduct 1‑on‑1s with Grocery Associates and Shift Leads.
• Manage shift schedules, store cleanliness, safety standards and collaboration with local service providers.
• Monitor shrinkage, reduce food waste and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Execute global process changes and share best practices across the store.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Fast learner, multitasker and tech‑savvy.
• Service‑oriented, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑moving entrepreneurial setting.
• Flexible availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Fluent in English and Latvian.
