Software Tester – Test Automation Engineer

About the role

As a Software Tester in the Private Lending team, you will ensure reliable lending solutions for customers across the Baltics. You will work in an international, Agile environment, collaborating closely with developers, business specialists and other stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks.
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective test scenarios.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API and end‑to‑end testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
• Identify, document and track defects, working with development teams to resolve them and improve test coverage.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on test‑automation experience.
• Proficiency with programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured) and SQL database validation.
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD environments, and a solid understanding of Agile/Scrum practices.
• Experience with Playwright or Selenium is a plus.
