About the role

We are looking for an experienced and energetic computer systems specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be involved in the full IT lifecycle, from hardware installation to system analysis, improvement, and solving complex technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees both onsite and remotely.
• Install, configure, connect, diagnose and troubleshoot client computers, network equipment and printers.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange and Intune (Endpoint Manager).
• Work with RMM solutions for remote management, monitoring, automation and patch management.
• Perform preventive maintenance and evaluate client device fleet functionality.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations and resolved issues.
• Participate in the introduction and maintenance of new service offerings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the IT field.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices (routers, switches, access points).
• Experience with printer and office equipment installation and problem solving.
• Knowledge of user and rights management in Active Directory or Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 installation, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Conversational Latvian language skills.
• B‑category driver’s licence.
