Senior Transaction Monitoring AML Analyst

About the role

Mintos is seeking a Senior Transaction Monitoring AML Analyst to help prevent financial crime on its investment marketplace. You will work closely with international customers and internal teams to ensure compliance with AML/CTF regulations while supporting the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse investor transactions on a daily basis to detect suspicious activity.
• Investigate alerts, conduct due‑diligence research and assess source‑of‑funds information.
• Contribute to building a strong AML/CTF compliance culture and advise on regulatory requirements.
• Support the design and implementation of AML processes and transaction‑monitoring procedures.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of AML experience in a financial institution.
• Hands‑on experience with transaction monitoring for both legal entities and natural persons.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and ability to present findings clearly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Self‑motivated, responsible and proactive in problem‑solving.
