Senior Sales Executive

About the role

Join a fast‑growing fintech leader in Riga as a Senior Sales Executive. You will work in a collaborative, innovative environment, helping businesses manage FX risk, trade finance and cross‑border payments while building a high‑impact sales career.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new corporate clients with turnovers of £50M+.
• Sell cash‑management, FX‑hedging and payment solutions tailored to client needs.
• Develop deep understanding of each client’s business strategy and financial challenges.
• Maintain ongoing relationships, prepare call reports in Salesforce and deliver exceptional service.
• Achieve clear sales targets and contribute to a competitive commission structure.

Required profile

• Demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas and market‑share targets in the FX industry.
• Ability to design and execute sales strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
• Strong relationship‑building skills leading to repeat business and referrals.
• Understanding of treasury and budgeting needs from a business perspective.
• Fluent in Latvian and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce for pipeline and activity tracking.
