Sales Development Representative (US Market)

About the role

This full‑time Sales Development Representative position is based in Riga, Latvia, with a hybrid work setup. The role is dedicated to the US market, requiring working hours from 13:30 to 21:30 Riga time.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to US brands and entrepreneurs interested in launching or expanding a skincare line.
• Use email and LinkedIn to support calls, but prioritize phone conversations.
• Follow up with prospects until they are ready to purchase or clearly not a fit.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and share market insights with the Head of Sales and the wider team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a target‑driven sales role (e.g., SDR, B2B sales, telesales, account management).
• Proven cold‑calling ability and comfort with high call volumes.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Latvian not required.
• Persistent follow‑up skills and strong relationship‑building over the phone.
• Organised, self‑driven, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Willingness to work 13:30–21:30 Riga time to align with US business hours.
• Knowledge of the beauty, skincare, e‑commerce or DTC space is a plus.
