Senior Brand, Marketing and Communications Coordinator

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior Brand, Marketing and Communications Coordinator in Riga. You will lead communication projects across the Baltic countries and represent the company in Latvia, increasing its brand awareness and reputation. You will manage public relations and corporate communications to deliver marketing and communications services to internal and external audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate EY's communication, considering the media mix, and work with media stakeholders to improve EY's market visibility
• Coordinate media monitoring and analysis and support crisis management processes
• Maintain a unified brand presence
• Manage cross-media and online/offline campaigns using digital marketing tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Tag Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Facebook Business Manager, including organizing physical events
• Create digital go-to-market strategies, digital content, paid social campaigns, web technology, digital UX and creative, and manage the related budgets
• Provide governance of digital marketing to reduce risks to brand and reputation
• Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid search and online media
• Run the social media strategy to make the firm the most engaging professional services firm online

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field
• Experience with media relations and managing SEO/SEM, marketing databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Latvian and English
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and to work independently and with a team
• Ideally, experience managing projects in large, matrixed organisations and working with senior executives

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, best practices and website analytics
• Up-to-date on digital marketing trends and technologies
• Proficiency in MS Office
