Insights & Performance Subchapter Lead

About the role

The Insights & Performance Subchapter Lead in Roche's Global Digital Hub will drive the delivery of long‑term outcomes, strategy and priorities, while fostering agile collaboration across digital functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end digital service delivery and act as primary contact for global partners and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor and coach team members, set goals, manage performance and develop careers.
• Define technical and quality standards, establish process governance and coach the team in digital operations.
• Attract, develop and retain talent, champion diversity and build an inclusive culture.
• Collaborate with other subchapters and chapters to align priorities and embed the One Roche mindset.
• Monitor resource utilization and customer satisfaction, recommend improvements and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Required profile

• 7+ years in digital operations for large organisations, agencies or startups.
• 3+ years of people‑leadership, coaching and talent‑development experience.
• Proven ability to set quality standards, drive strategic planning and manage end‑to‑end partner relationships.
• Strong communication skills in English and confidence engaging with senior leaders.
• Experience working in matrixed, cross‑functional global environments using agile ways of working.

Required skills

• Digital operations expertise covering social media management, digital publishing, creative design, digital campaign management, marketing automation and digital operations.
• Agile collaboration and project/change management capabilities.
