Business Operation Associate in Marketing (German speaking)

About the role

Join Roche's Global Digital Hub to support digital operations and marketing initiatives, ensuring effective communication and data management across global platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end digital customer communications and notifications, managing mailing lists and tracking distribution.
• Drive digital product activation and master data management in SAP and WoMDER, ensuring compliant and accurate setups.
• Provide daily operational support to global stakeholders, resolve tool logic issues, and maintain audit readiness.
• Collaborate with affiliates on localized inputs, system rollouts, and user enablement via platforms like Cornerstone.
• Identify operational bottlenecks, provide feedback, and drive process standardisation, automation, and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc degree (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, Communication, or Business) with 1–3 years of digital operations or shared services experience.
• Strong English and German communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, customer‑focused with a passion for digital systems and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with enterprise systems such as SAP.
• Familiarity with digital workflow tools and data management platforms.
• Experience using Cornerstone or similar learning management systems.
