Senior Account Executive – Partnerships

About the role

Mintos, a European investment platform, is looking for a Senior Account Executive in its Partnerships team, based in Riga, Latvia. You will own relationships with key international lending partners, manage high-value partner accounts and drive long-term growth and partner satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing relationships with lending companies in the non-bank lending sector globally, keeping their needs met and the partnership growing.
• Collaborate with and hold accountable several internal stakeholders to meet clients' needs.
• Lead complex negotiations and contracts, structuring proposals that align stakeholder interests and enable scale.
• Identify and communicate the value proposition for each lending partner, turning it into new business and higher cooperation volumes.
• Develop C-level relationships with decision-makers.
• Lead cross-functional projects aligned with the company's strategy and the lending companies' needs.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in account management and/or sales, ideally in banking, non-bank lending, corporate or investment banking, or private equity/venture capital.
• Proven track record in complex sales.
• Experience establishing, maintaining and leveraging C-level relationships.
• Fluent English at business level or higher.
