Key Account Manager - Latvia

About the role

Pernod Ricard Nordics is looking for a Key Account Manager based in Latvia. You will build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key customers, acting as a trusted business partner who identifies opportunities to maximise mutual value, improve customer satisfaction and deliver strong commercial results. The role contributes to sales objectives and the long-term success of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop key account customers, achieving volume, turnover and profitability targets
• Plan, execute and evaluate sales campaigns with the Sales and Marketing teams
• Prepare and manage sales forecasts and budgets for key accounts with the Supply team
• Set placement and execution objectives for merchandisers and follow up on execution quality
• Prepare and negotiate customer offers in line with commercial guidelines and customer needs
• Carry out ongoing market and competitor analysis and turn insights into commercial actions
• Build and maintain customer relationships as the main point of contact, and identify new business growth opportunities
• Lead annual business planning and customer review processes

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Key Account Management with modern trade customers, ideally in FMCG and/or spirits
• Experience with key retail customers; a purchasing background is a plus
• Fluent Latvian and English

• Organised, able to manage multiple priorities
