Account Manager – Tax Free Shopping

About the role

Global Blue by Shift4 is the industry leader in Tax Free Shopping solutions, connecting shoppers and brands worldwide and powering over 40 million transactions each year. This is a field sales role in Riga, Latvia, where you manage and grow a customer portfolio, achieve assigned sales targets and deliver value through digital solutions. The position is hybrid: 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, and candidates must already be based in Latvia with a valid Latvian work permit.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop an assigned customer portfolio, visiting accounts according to activity plans and Global Blue's strategy
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships and ensure customer engagement
• Collaborate with retailers to strengthen partnerships, maximise Tax Free Shopping performance and promote additional Shift4 group products
• Identify new business opportunities and implement group strategies and sales tools
• Analyse business statistics, define action plans and accurately use the CRM to plan, record and report account activity
• Support refund agent-related processes and deliver the turnover and any other assigned sales targets

Required profile

• Driven, proactive and customer-focused, able to take initiative on your own portfolio
• Fluent written and spoken Latvian and English, and fluent spoken Russian
• Some experience and knowledge in sales, account management and retail
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
• Must already be based in Latvia with a valid Latvian work permit; relocation support or visa sponsorship is not available
