Real Estate Agent Assistant – Paid Internship

About the role

This paid internship offers a hands‑on introduction to the daily work of a real‑estate agent. You will work under the guidance of an experienced mentor, gaining practical experience in property transactions, client communication and market analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Observe and support the full real‑estate transaction process, from listing preparation to closing.
• Assist in creating and publishing property advertisements, ensuring accuracy of information.
• Conduct market research, price comparisons and compile relevant data.
• Respond to initial client inquiries and schedule follow‑up communications.
• Help organise property photography, viewings and related logistics.
• Maintain client files and documents in compliance with confidentiality and data‑protection standards.
• Contribute to the promotion of the company’s services on digital channels and social media.

Required profile

• Age between 18 and 29, meeting the criteria of the New Specialists Employment Programme.
• Secondary, professional or higher education with interest in real estate, sales or communication.
• Strong Latvian language skills; English or Russian is a plus.
• Ability to plan time, follow instructions precisely and achieve set goals.
• Basic computer literacy, comfortable using email and office software.
• Motivation to learn and develop client‑service skills in the real‑estate sector.
