About the role

SIA LV Group, a leading Baltic company in post‑disaster property restoration, is expanding its team. The assessor will support the evaluation of damage and preparation of restoration estimates for residential, commercial and industrial properties.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site inspections of houses, apartments, commercial buildings and production facilities.
• Capture photographic documentation of the inspected objects.
• Assess the extent of damage, identify possible causes and calculate restoration costs.
• Prepare detailed estimates and cost calculations for each project.
• Collaborate with clients, insurance companies and internal colleagues to ensure high‑quality service.
• Participate in mandatory training sessions.

Required profile

• Understanding of estimate preparation (experience considered a plus).
• Strong sense of responsibility, precision and ability to work independently.
• Analytical thinking and good communication skills.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Ability to take quality photographs with a phone or camera.
• Proficiency in Latvian language.
