Associate Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Project Manager to join LĀČU NAMI in Riga. The role offers a dynamic environment with diverse projects, new challenges and the chance to quickly gain broad experience in project and real‑estate management.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the progress of various LĀČU NAMI projects and monitor their execution.
• Organise and control document flow for property management and other company initiatives.
• Communicate with clients, property owners, architects, builders, public authorities, financial institutions and service providers.
• Utilise AI and digital tools to analyse information, prepare documents, streamline work and improve processes.
• Research, develop and help implement new solutions to increase operational efficiency.
• Contribute to the company’s brand and communication, including LinkedIn, website and other public content.
• Gradually take on greater responsibility for independent project leadership.

Required profile

• Higher education in economics, management, business administration or law.
• Experience handling documents and the ability to organise information systematically.
• Strong self‑management skills: planning work time, setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
• Excellent communication abilities and initiative to identify problems and propose solutions.
• Willingness to learn continuously and explore new areas.
• Valid category B driver’s licence.
• Proficiency in Latvian.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with AI‑assisted and digital productivity tools.
