Project Change Manager

About the role

Roche Services & Solutions is looking for a Project Change Manager to join its Project Management organization. You will work closely with the Marketing Technologies organization and its solution teams to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives, translating technical vision into practical user adoption and rollout plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own a holistic change management strategy, covering engagement, readiness and adoption, aligned with solution owners.
• Drive behavioral change and technology adoption, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user readiness.
• Monitor adoption of technical functionalities across the ecosystem and identify opportunities for usability improvements.
• Define readiness frameworks, manage cross‑solution engagement strategies and produce enablement materials.
• Act as the primary adoption contact, representing user needs and feeding back pain points to solution owners.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of learning content and related documentation.
