IT Infrastructure Engineer – Windows, AD & VMware

About the role

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our global Infrastructure & Platform team. The role involves designing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving Windows and Linux server infrastructure for PSI’s worldwide operations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and improve Windows and Linux server environments.
• Administer Windows Active Directory and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
• Manage virtualization platforms such as VMware, Proxmox or Hyper‑V.
• Support enterprise applications including email, business systems and backup solutions.
• Handle infrastructure monitoring, patch management, configuration management and access control.
• Plan and execute OS patching and infrastructure upgrades.
• Lead small‑to‑medium infrastructure projects and contribute to larger initiatives.
• Maintain accurate asset inventory and coordinate with vendors.

Required profile

• University degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Practical experience with virtualization technologies.
• Experience with Windows and/or Linux server administration.
• Knowledge of PKI, email/MTA technologies and backup/disaster recovery solutions.
