Product Manager (DeFi Trading & Yield Products)

About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the development of algorithmic trading, yield optimization and portfolio management solutions on DeFi protocols. The role will shape the product vision, work closely with engineering, business and growth teams, and deliver high‑value tools for institutional and retail users.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for trading and yield‑generating products, including algorithmic strategies, portfolio tools and cross‑chain liquidity solutions.
• Conduct market research on DeFi trading, liquidity provisioning, staking and yield farming to identify new feature opportunities.
• Translate business needs and user feedback into detailed product requirements, user stories and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate the expand.network API, enabling seamless interaction with multiple DeFi protocols.
• Build and optimise algorithmic trading features such as arbitrage, automated market making and cross‑chain liquidity.
• Design yield‑optimization products that maximise returns from lending platforms, liquidity pools and staking services.
• Ensure security and compliance, addressing smart‑contract vulnerabilities and regulatory considerations.
• Define, track and analyse key performance indicators to guide product decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, blockchain or DeFi.
• Deep knowledge of DeFi protocols, including DEXs, yield farming, staking and liquidity provision.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, trading strategies and portfolio management.
• Proven analytical ability to interpret market trends, liquidity flows and yield strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across engineering, business and growth teams.
