Onboarding Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients during the account‑opening process. You will guide clients through each step, answer their questions, and ensure a smooth progression. This role is ideal for detail‑oriented, client‑focused individuals interested in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor new client applications and follow up throughout onboarding.
• Contact clients who stall at any stage and provide assistance.
• Answer client queries via email with clear, professional guidance.
• Resolve common onboarding issues such as missing SMS, password problems, and document submission.
• Follow established procedures and ensure all steps are completed.
• Transfer client data accurately into the CRM system and keep records up to date.
• Escalate complex cases to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless handover to client management.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain processes patiently.
• Calm, organized, and detail‑oriented work style.
• Logical thinking and problem‑solving for routine client issues.
• Ability to follow structured processes and know when to seek help.
• Comfort with repetitive, detail‑heavy administrative tasks.
• Basic understanding of business and financial terminology.
• Interest in learning about companies, jurisdictions, and financial services.
• Previous experience in customer support, administration, or onboarding is preferred.
