Finance Operations Manager

About the role

USPEX, a Riga‑based fintech delivering payment gateway solutions, is expanding its finance team. As Finance Operations Manager you will work closely with the CFO to oversee day‑to‑day financial operations, manage relationships with payment providers and drive process improvements across the payments business.

Key responsibilities

• Onboard new payment providers and financial partners, maintaining ongoing relationships.
• Prepare financial statements and perform regular reconciliations.
• Calculate, monitor and report company revenue.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s financial core system.
• Support finance‑related projects and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline financial workflows.
• Identify operational issues, investigate root causes and drive resolutions.
• Assist the CFO in developing scalable financial processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience in acquiring or financial services.
• Strong understanding of financial operations, reconciliations, payment flows and reporting.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Proactive, results‑oriented mindset with strong ownership.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
