About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Consultant to join our Tet store in the Akropole ALFA shopping centre. You will be the main point of contact for customers, helping them discover and purchase the latest telecommunications products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Process sales transactions and ensure accurate documentation.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain a clean and attractive store environment.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the newest technologies and Tet’s service portfolio.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or retail sales.
• Strong interest in the latest technology trends.
• Excellent command of Latvian language (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to learn, listen and understand customer needs.
• Completed secondary education.
