About the role

Join H&M's dynamic store team in Riga as a Sales Consultant. You will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience, guiding shoppers through the store, and helping them find the perfect items from our fashion range.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and greet customers, offering personalized assistance throughout their shopping journey.
• Share product knowledge and fashion advice to help customers make informed choices.
• Maintain a well‑organized, inviting sales floor, stockroom, and staff areas.
• Support opening and closing routines, ensuring store readiness.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about fashion and eager to assist customers.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
• Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Communicative, creative, curious, and action‑oriented.

Required skills

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Basic knowledge of store technologies and willingness to learn.
