Paid Media Specialist

About the role

Mogotel, an international hotel operator, is expanding its in‑house Paid Media team. We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to own and optimise paid campaigns for roughly half of our hotel portfolio, driving direct bookings and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Build, launch, manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and other paid‑media campaigns for assigned hotels.
• Monitor budgets, pacing and performance against ROAS and direct‑booking targets.
• Analyse campaign data, identify improvement opportunities and work closely with Revenue Management and hotel teams.
• Develop search, metasearch, OTA and paid‑social strategies tailored to each property’s seasonality and market.
• Conduct A/B tests, explore new platforms, formats and automation possibilities.
• Audit existing account structures and implement enhancements.
• Produce monthly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on paid‑media experience.
• Ability to manage multiple advertising accounts and budgets independently.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (or Latvian) for daily communication.

Required skills

• Google Ads (search, display, performance‑max).
• Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets (pivots, lookups).
