Cluster Marketing Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and hands‑on Cluster Marketing Project Manager to own all marketing activities for five Radisson hotels in Riga. You will drive local marketing execution, balance brand standards, and turn creative ideas into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end marketing projects for the five hotels, from concept through performance analysis.
• Adapt and implement brand‑specific strategies for Radisson Blu, Radisson, and Park Inn in the Riga market.
• Create, shoot, edit and publish visual content (Reels, stories, posts) for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Identify, brief and coordinate local influencers and content creators, overseeing the full collaboration cycle.
• Promote the Radisson Rewards loyalty programme locally, aligning activities with corporate guidelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle or F&B.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social‑media management, content creation and at least one measurable campaign.
• Self‑starter who works independently and can juggle tasks across multiple properties.
• Fluent in English and Latvian (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficient with Meta Business Suite.
• Experienced in Canva for graphic design.
• Skilled in mobile video editing tools such as CapCut or similar.
