Team Lead, CRM Campaigns

About the role

Lead the team behind our newsletters and campaigns to millions of customers across 20+ online shops. You own the campaign program, the deals and the creative, carry the revenue and margin targets, and use AI to build and scale it all faster. A hands‑on leadership seat.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the CRM Campaigns team – line‑manage, conduct 1:1s, develop talent, handle hiring and prioritisation.
• Own the newsletter and campaign program – set the plan and calendar across 20+ shops, decide what goes out, to whom and when, and stay hands‑on building campaigns.
• Own discounts and deals – plan the discount calendar and define the commercial logic.
• Own the creative – drive concept and creative quality of campaigns.
• Own the numbers – carry revenue, margin and profit targets, steer testing and measurement to hit them.
• Put AI at the centre – use agentic AI to build and scale campaigns faster and raise the team’s AI capability.

Required profile

• Typically 5+ years in CRM, email or campaign marketing, with ownership of a newsletter or campaign program.
• People‑leadership experience – running a team, conducting 1:1s, developing people and owning their output.
• Hands‑on command of a CRM/ESP platform such as Emarsys, Iterable, Braze or CleverTap.
• Demonstrable experience with agentic AI – building and running AI‑driven workflows.
• Comfort owning commercial targets – revenue, margin and profit focus.
• A creative eye for campaigns balanced with rigorous testing and measurement.
• Working‑level English and ability to overlap with CET working hours.
