Operator & License Owner – Build Stranger Soccer in Riga

About the role

Stranger Soccer is looking for an entrepreneurial Operator & License Owner to launch and grow its football platform in Riga. You will be responsible for building a local community of players, partners and hosts while leveraging the company’s technology and operational expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Launch and expand Stranger Soccer’s presence in Riga.
• Identify and secure quality football venues for games.
• Recruit, train and support Official Hosts and local team members.
• Drive marketing initiatives to attract players and grow the community.
• Oversee day‑to‑day game operations and ensure an excellent player experience.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve and scale the local operation.

Required profile

• Passion for football and deep understanding of the local football scene.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Proven experience in operations, community management or customer experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to deliver measurable results and manage partnerships.
